Dining in, around and above the famous Engadin resort.

In addition to stunning scenery and action sports St. Moritz offers a wealth of foodie-friendly options to choose from. Here are our favourites in, around and above the famous Engadin resort.

Les Saisons

In a bright and cosy setting, choose from the best steaks and international dishes. The restaurant specialises in meat, including Wagyu, Swiss dry-aged and USDA Prime. Meat will be served just as you ordered and served with one of the legendary sauces. Always ask for the delivery of the day, dishes are whipped up on a whim according to what’s seasonal and fresh. Carnivores will enjoy the surf & turf with hoyden king prawns or grilled yellow tuna and Canadian lobster.

Talvo by Dalsass

Awarded one Michelin star, talvo by Martin Dalsass is a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Dalsass places importance firmly on the quality of his ingredients and to ‘a lightness and simplicity’ that shines through his food. in an Engadine farmhouse dating back to 1658, just outside St. Moritz in Champfer, this is Chalet Chic at its best. While the atmosphere is relaxed, dress smart, and for a more intimate evening there is a private room for up to 20 and humidor for the cigar devotee.

LUXOS recommends: ask the sommelier for a tour of the award-winning wine cellar
