Claudio Torcè is a master of ice cream making and takes his passion really seriously.
Apparently it’s really hard to find a high quality gelato in Rome and therefore he decided to set up his own business which now counts seven ice cream shops all across Rome.
He believes food should be made following the traditional procedures and consumers should learn to choose products based on their quality.
Flavours range from Pistacchio di Bronte directly from Sicily, hazelnut from the Piedmont area to more exotic ones such as wasabi and green tea.
