A pioneer in vegetarian gastronomy, three Michelin star chef Alain Passard was onto the vegetable trail a decade before the rest of Paris caught on. At his restaurant across the street from the Musée Rodin, Passard lovingly rustles up vegetables he grows in his own gardens. As well as some of the best vegetarian fare in the city, diners will also find fish, seafood and the occasional meat dish on the menu. And make sure to leave room for the chef’s trademark scrumptious apple rose tart. Book ahead.
