The Mrs. Winston High Jewelry Timepiece is a unique watch, a remarkable piece of jewellery enclosing a quartz watch (adjusted using a corrector on the caseback). The case is in platinum, while the dial is in 18-carat white gold set with 144 brilliant cut diamonds of five different sizes. The bracelet is where the Harry Winston brilliance is displayed to finest effect: 56 pear-cut diamonds, 14 marquise-cut, 114 baguette-cut and 46 brilliant cut, for a total of 230 diamonds, about 45.93 carats. Considering both the watch and the bracelet, there are 406 diamonds, 47.35 carats, all of finest quality, D, E and F in colour, and VS+ in clarity.

The piece is part of the Ultimate Adornmente High Jewelry Collection, reflecting Harry Winston's famous quote "If I could, I would attach diamonds directly onto a woman's skin." It is named after Harry's beloved wife Edna and reflects her own personal style. The design of the bracelet is such that the sparkle of the gemstones is enhanced by the colour of the skin, revealed by the delicate platinum bars holding brilliant-cut diamonds, which appear to float on the wrist.
The watch is entirely hand-set, and it took 440 hours to make. It is a one-off piece.
