An avid traveller, he gives Luxos his recommendations from around the world...

I'm lucky that my work takes me all over Europe, the USA and China. I always travel light, but I never leave home without my Girard-Perregaux 1966 and my running shoes.

My favourite hotel is The Standard, High Line in New York City it's the perfect spot to just relax and eat my preferred area of New York. You can meet clients and friends in one of the five restaurants, and there's also rooftop bar and skating rink.

If I had one night in any city I would go to Nice, my hometown, and dine at Le Petite Maison.  It's Niçoise cuisine at its best and boasts the best chefs in the region. It's a pretty small place and there's always a diverse crowd so you always feel at home. I often have the amazing burrata or ratatouille.

The-Hour-Glass-Singapore-In terms of travel pieces, I always take my Girard-Perregaux Traveller watch with me. However, I have an ardent passion for watches, books and sports so when I'm in Singapore I go Malmaison by the Hour Glass, it's the ultimate watch (and more) store.
