CHANEL presents a new Haute Joaillerie Collection composed of pieces inspired by some of its fundamental themes, including the sun, bows, ribbons and tweed… All of these unique creations reaffirm the vocation of Chanel: To dare, surprise and take fine jewelry one step further. In this case, the boldness arises from ultimate femininity, expressed through lines and shapes that allow gems and pearls to reveal their most beautiful sparkle. Here and there, the orient of pearls adds a subtle counterpoint to the dazzle of diamonds. This collection showcases diamonds treated as center stones, brilliant paves and baguettes – each jewel seemingly sculpted from light itself.

The story of this new opus begins with the sumptuous “soleil” brooch, a re-edition of one of the highlights of the first “Bijoux de Diamants” designed by Mademoiselle Chanel in 1932. Jewels of timeless modernity, with original themes that are reinterpreted and accentuated, provide one of the sources of inspiration of Chanel Fine Jewelry. The sun, the symbol that decorates all of the railings of the Place Vendome, was one of Mademoiselle Chanel’s favorite emblems. Mademoiselle was born in August under the start sign of Leo, The embellished and stylized sun take on a new scale in this collection: geometric, floral or baroque, it shines triumphant on rings and bracelet cuffs with oversized shapes.

Gracious, airy and carefree, the ribbon wraps lovingly around a neck or wrist. In 1932, Mademoiselle Chanel proclaimed: “I want the jewelry to be like a ribbon on a women’s fingers”, a principle that she superbly demonstrated in her first “Bijoux de diamants” Collection. Today, this innovative jewelry concept is still a precious source of inspiration.

A challenge to the know-how of Fine Jewelry, the white gold Ribbon set with diamonds. The shimmering diamond light contrasts with the weightlessness of the diamonds. The suppleness of the bow formed by multiple loops, define an exquisitely feminine bracelet of brooch while tweed, the favorite martial of Mademoiselle Chanel, who succeeded in giving it a feminine twist, is part of the couture world, it takes on the appearance of an exceptional weave of white gold and diamonds over a ring a bracelet watch in this collection.

A reference to the Place Vendome, where Mademoiselle Chanel strolled so often, the shape of which is also featured on the N°5 fragrance stopper and the “Premiere” watch. The magnificent “Premiere” sautoir adds a couture touch to this Haute Joillerie line. This creative new collection projects the innovative values, so dear to Chanel, into the future: absolute boldness and a sense of elegance that have formed the lines of modernity.
