Known as the first, all-organic restaurant in Lisbon, Pachamama gets all of its produce from local suppliers. Furthermore, bakers make the breads and pastries in-house from scratch. The restaurant features a seasonal and daily changing menu while using only fresh ingredients. Some of their more popular and savoury dishes include the beet risotto, couscous salad and an all-Portuguese fish dish. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, reservations are recommended in order to get a seat at this sought-after eatery.

Still craving that unhealthy burger but looking to jump on the health train? Look no further. Flower Burger brings a unique twist to the concept of a burger. This vegan / vegetarian eatery defies any belief that vegans enjoy flavourless and boring meals. The café offers a plethora of homemade buns including a black bun made with charcoal and yellow turmeric. Burger selections range from the Cheese Cecio – made with the black bun, a chickpea patty and cheddar and vegan tartar sauce to Tofungo – made with 7-grain roll, tofu patty, mushroom sauce and mushrooms.

Take a break from the tapas and cleanse your body with an extremely healthy, yet delicious meal. Run by popular Catalonian Chef, Teresa Carles Borrás, the restaurant prides itself on eighty percent of the dishes being plant-based and the other 20 percent of recipes containing fish. In a country known for its carbs and mear, Gratitude serves only vegan cuisine. This modern eatery offers eclectic and delicious dinners. Although the restaurant only serves vegan food, veganism isn’t a requirement to enjoy this restaurant. Vegans and non-vegans alike enjoy the creative dishes made here. Gratitude also provides an extensive beer and wine list for visitors to choose from. Located in the heart of city centre and close to the main university, this restaurant sits within walking distance of Marienplatz and many other many attractions in Munich too.
