Karl Lagerfeld is set to open its first ever UK flagship store on March 14, located in one of London's prime locations.
Also the brand’s largest European store to date, the unit, located at 145-147 Regent Street, will offer its customers 250 square metres of pure luxury shopping.
The space will be decked out in the label’s signature decor, which incorporates mirrors, and black and white design details and features the full range of the brand’s men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections, as well as categories such as handbags, leather goods, footwear, eyewear and scarves.
Technology will also have an important part to play and is as impressive as the clothes themselves. iPad minis are integrated into the display racks so shoppers can explore the entire collection online, while iPads will act as a digital guest book, on which shoppers can leave notes for Karl Lagerfeld himself.
Customers will also be able to take photos of themselves while trying on Lagerfeld’s designs via touch screens in the fitting rooms, which can then be forwarded to friends via email and social networking sites.
