Milan plays host to Italian designers and global designers alike. For all things Swedish, be sure to visit the “Swedish Presence” at La Pelota, which will showcase a range of designers both young and more established.

Bagatti Valsecchi Museum
In addition to opening her space for designers to showcase their work, Rossana Orlandi will also play the role of curator during Salone del Mobile. She has teamed up for the second year in a row with fashion house Vionnet for the “Untold” exhibition at the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum. The show includes works by important artists including Nacho Carbonell, Marcel Wanders and Wonmin Park.

Studio Paola Navone
It wouldn’t be Milan without a bit of shopping, so head over to the studio of Milanese designer Paola Navone to see the pop-up shop by Parisian brand Merci. New works by Navone for Italian brand Essent’ial and Australian brand Aesop will be on show, and for sale.

Iconic Italian brand Missoni will present “Flower Power” themes at the Fair but also in their center city outposts. With Spring in full bloom all over the city, this is a presentation not to be missed. “Zigzagging” is presented at Via Solferino 9, and Missoni Home Florals will be presented at Viale Elvezia 22. Daily until 9:30pm.

Alberto Levi Gallery
After a long day, drop by Alberto Levi Gallery to see the latest collection of rugs made by acclaimed designer Allegra Hicks. Each room of the gallery takes on a different theme (including Earth, Fire, Air and Water) to present these bespoke design pieces.
