Versace Home, innovative seating

Have you ever imagined sitting amongst some of those Baroque volutes that feature in so much of Italian architecture? Versace Home has used its experience in adopting Baroque curves as part of its design inspiration in a dormeuse named Versace Wave, in which a volute becomes three-dimensional, as if the patterns and motifs from Versace dresses had left the catwalk, to take shape in a new and unique piece of furniture. The Baroque curves and the plush upholstering material, velvet, contrast with the ultra-contemporary bright acid green and electric blue colours.

The collection will be presented at Salone del Mobile in Milan, April 2012, while the collection will be available for purchase from September 2012.

The unit is 204 cm x 126 cm wide, with a height of 90 cm. The structure is in upholsterd polyurethane with metal base, with velvet cover. Colours are acid green and electric blue.
