This show, running from 1 to 4 April 2011, offers an interesting point of contact with the blossoming yachts market in China. The Hainan Rendez-Vous will display a dazzling fleet of yachts and superyachts from the world's very best ship builders to some 8,000 highly targeted attendees, about 250 of whom will be flown to and from the event on business jets.

Now in its second year, the Hainan Rendez-Vous is an occasion in which China's well-heeled unite to celebrate joie de vivre on the idyllic shores of Hainan, the nation's only large tropical island that is considered already as the Chinese Riviera. The exclusive event comprises a yacht show, business aviation exhibit, fine art collections and displays of luxury properties and brands, all complemented by spectacular entertainment and dining, yacht soirées, educational workshops and more. With its yacht and aviation exhibitions both serving as major regional events for their respective industries, the Hainan Rendez-Vous stands unique among shows of its kind in Asia.

Exhibitors include:
Boeing Business Jets. With nearly three times the space of other long-range business jets, the Boeing Jet Business (BBJ) provides the luxury, comfort and freedom to create an environment that exactly matches personal,work,and travel preferences. Designed for corporate and VIP applications.

Eurocopter. The Eurocopter group was established in 1992 from the merger between the helicopter divisions of Aerospatiale-matra (France) and DaimlerChrysler Aerospace (Germany). The group is now a subsidiary owned 100% by EADS (European Aeronautic, Defense and Space Company), one of the three largest aerospace groups in the world. Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost. Van Peteghem Lauriot Prévost (VPLP) is one of the leaders in the world of yacht design and particularly experts in multihulls. Over the past 28 years, VPLP has developed 3 principal sectors of the yachting market : Racing multihulls skippered by the most accomplished sailors in history with a list of World Speed Sailing Records. Recently, VPLP were the Naval Architects chosen by BMW ORACLE Racing to design the outstanding multihull USA 17 which won the 33rd America’s Cup.
