The Armani/ Case Interior Design Studio, which already has several branded residential properties including the World Towers in India and the Macka Residences in Istanbul, is now ready to design its first North American project.
The design studio has partnered with South Florida developers Dezer Development and the construction company Related Group for the interior design of a residential tower located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
The residential tower rises 57 stories and is designed by Argentinean-American architect César Pelli, who has worked on multiple notable developments all over the world, and is best known for his Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and the Adrienne Arsht Centre in Miami.
The residential tower will feature 260 luxury residences. Each of the 5 residences per floor will have a minimum 10-foot ceiling with floor to ceiling glass and large balconies, plus an east to west “flow through” floor plan design.
The residences boast ocean-front living, ranging between 1,350 square feel to just over 3,700 square feet. To be priced from 1.35 million dollars to 5.6 million dollars, the floor plans are offered in 2,3,4-bedroom plans.
The residential tower will also include three floors of private cabanas, restaurant, fitness facility, a spa and oceanfront pool.
The tower is likely to be completed in 2016.
