Grand Hotel Villa Cora presents The Seasons Spa

The Seasons Spa, part of Grand Hotel Villa Cora in Florence, presents a superb programme designed to enhance your psychogical and physical balance, using natural methods linked to the changing seasons. It includes a medical check-up with a nutritionist, a customized diet, assessment and measurement of physical condition with a personal trainer, facial and body treatments, skin cleansing, haemo-lymphatic drainage, connective tissue and firming massage, reflexology, Bach flowers and aromatherapy.

The programme of the weekend is as follows:
8.00-9.00 a.m.: meeting and breakfast, followed by a short presentation by a nutritionist and food science expert. The morning continues with a customized check-up and programme, physcial assessment with a personal trainer, skin scrub and cleansing, and tepidarium.
Lunch at 1.30 p.m. is followed by body treatment, facial treatment and reflexology, and a group workout.
Dinner is at 8.30 p.m., followed by a conference

7.00-9.00 breakfast, followed by meridian stretching, body treatment and tepidarium.
Lunch at 1.30 p.m. is followed by facial treatment, and fitness workouts. At 6.30 p.m., there is a cooking class, with a gala dinner at 8.30 p.m.

Lunch is at 1.30 p.m., followed by goodbyes from the nutritionist. The programme ends at 4 p.m.

The participation fee of €1,550 includes accommodation in a Superior double room for single use, with full board, welcome kit, the wellness programme as above, access to the spa for treatments included in the package, wifi, parking, and shuttle service to the city centre. The maximum number of participants is 12 persons.

Grand Hotel Villa Cora is beautifully situated in a park with mature and majestic trees, and fantastic views of the Boboli gardens, on the hills just above the centre of Florence. The villa is itself a building with a lot of history, and it has hosted international personalities including Princess Eugenia (Napoleon III's wife) and composer Tchaikovsky. It reopened on 26 December 2010 after extensive refubishment.

The spa has a gym, tepidarium, sauna and hammam, and its beauty treatments are designed using MacPharma products.
All in all, the hotel offers a luxurious way of enjoying Florence to the full, and now with an amazing weekend experience to recharge and enhance physical and psychological condition.
