At the Park Hyatt Milan, there is a new menu at The Park Restaurant. Diners can choose from 8 proposals "Secondo Stagione" (according to the season) and "Da Sempre, per Sempre" (traditional and forever), themes that have long been a hallmark of chef Filippo Gozzoli's style. This means that customers can be creative in their choice, and can discover characteristic recipes in innovative Italian cuisine. For each dish, the ideal wine is suggested, selected from the finest Italian labels. This proposal will run from December 2010 on.
Christmas 2010 at the Park Hyatt will be a glittering occasion. The furnishings inside the Cupola will be decorated by Giovannetti Jewellery, famous for its unique and original creations. The décor will feature metallized textiles in colours of gold, silver and copper, with cascades of stylized bows and personalized lighting. For a whole month, the menu will feature many gourmet events, such as the Christmas and New Year brunches, and New Year's Eve dinner, with music, magical lighting, and a dazzling array of culinary specialities.
