Each Tuesday, starting throughout July, from 9.00am – 2.00pm, head chef Paul Lupton will be putting eager students through their paces during a series of Rhodes Mezzanine cooking master classes. Each session includes a welcome breakfast with a glass of Bellini/ masterclass with Chef Paul Lupton and three course lunch including matching wines.

This July, Ottomans will also be introducing a new menu featuring a series of mouthwatering modern Turkish dishes with a Mediterranean twist including ; traditional ricotta and parsley pie with green lentil stuffed eggplant 'bayildi' and spiced mince meat and walnut in crispy bulgur shell starters , 'Darulziyafe koftesi' lamb kofte wrapped with saj bread sautéed fresh spinach and warm hummus as a main course, and an exquisite 'Kaymakli Kunefe' crispy kadaif dough with cheese filling and collated cream as desert.
Michelin starred Chef Vineet Bhatia’s Indego will be open 7 days a week throughout July. Dubai’s favourite modern Indian retaurant will be offering a special four course summer set menu featuring a Amuse Bouche followed by a choice of Starter, Main Course and Dessert for just AED. 220.
