Brown’s Hotel will be seeing in the UK General Election with swing-o-meters, sweepstakes smoked salmon and special election cocktails on the 6th May 2010.

The fashionable Donovan Bar and The English Tea Room will both have large television screens, where friends and family can come together to watch the election results unfold. From 10.00pm until the early hours, guests can enjoy Champagne Socialist, Maggie-rita, Libertini, Hung(over) Parliament and Floating Voter cocktails and to keep their energy levels up throughout the night, indulge in Eggs Benedict, Brown’s burger trio, De Beauvoir smoked salmon ‘Hix cure’ with scrambled eggs or even pork crackling with Bramley apple sauce.

Before the excitement starts, guests can dine in HIX in The Albemarle and celebrate the best of British food and debate amongst themselves what they feel the outcome of the country’s Government will be.

For guests who would like a room to retire to, Brown’s Hotel will be offering a special ‘General Election’ stay from £330+VAT per night which will include the latest newspapers, an election cocktail in The Donovan Bar and a late check-out of 2pm.
