ÇÄ±raÄŸan Palace Kempinski Istanbul’s chic bar Le Fumoir opened in 2010, and it quickly became the talk of the town for its superb location, premium cognacs, quality malts, a fine selection of wines and champagnes, enticing cocktails and quality cigars served in handmade humidors, all served with a signature presentation style unique to ÇÄ±raÄŸan Palace Kempinski Istanbul. This smart bar has al fresco seating available, in the lush, green gardens of the ÇÄ±raÄŸan Palace. It is surrounded by palm trees with a splendid view of the Bosphorus. It became a favourite amongst Istanbul's high society for pre- or post-meal drinks.
In summer 2012, the hotel's General Manager Ralph Radtke’s had the idea of extending the al fresco summer facilities, and so Le Fumoir Pavilion was created in the midst of the palm trees, from where there are superb views over the Bosphorus. It soon became a trend venue, particularly popular with the younger socialites, as the 'only place to have hookah in style' while enjoying the cool breeze of the Bosphorus.
This year, to meet demand, Le Fumoir Pavilion has been expanded, increasing the seating capacity by an extra 60 guests. In addition, a new and exciting beverage menu is being introduced. It will certainly be as exceptional as the Bosphorus views!
Le Fumoir and Le Fumoir Pavilion are open from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. every day during summer.
