Mother's Day arrives once a year – twice actually, because it was 18 March in the UK (Mothering Sunday) and it will be 13 May just about everywhere else. For example, at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, you can invite your mum for a meal at Hugo’s, The Chinese Restaurant or Café. The four-course lunch menu is priced at HKD 788 per person, including a complimentary glass of champagne. There will be cold appetizers, seafood, chef's special hot hors d'oeuvres, and then a choice of mains from six options, such as Welsh lamb double cutlet and gremolata, or the restaurant's speciality, roast Australian rib of black Angus beef served from the carving trolley. To end, pick from luscious desserts such as Black chocolate souffle, Bombe Alaska or Mixed seasonal bnerries with French vanilla ice cream
Other Mother's Day options at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong include dim sum and Cantonese cuisine at The Chinese Restaurant, a range of international dishes – sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, tempura, barbecued meats, dim sum, wok-fried dishes, Indian curries, salads, Western antipasti, seafood on ice and more – and the tea buffet at Café.
All these options are available on 12 and 13 May 2012.
