Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Over and beyond the Brooklyn Bridge is one of New York's most charming park and Japanese garden.

The Brooklyn Botanic Garden also happens to be one of North America's first public gardens. Spanning 52 acres of land, the botanical gardens are most beautiful from the the spring through the fall months, from bloom to a graceful and temporary end, when the snowflakes and ice crystals glaze across the trees and garden lawns. The Brookyln Botanic Garden is kid-friendly with special itineraries and activities throughout the year. You'll be charmed and enchanted by the Japanese garden and the official Cherry Blossom season that overtakes the park grounds. Members who sign up are privy to cocktail evenings and special soirées and benefits. For the full schedule of events this coming season, visit the official website
