We'd have to agree that comfortable glamour is the order of the day at this charming eatery. From the laid-back, outdoor setup on the sidewalk to the familial seating arrangements indoors, you'll feel wrapped in good old sunshine and energies. You can thank creative consultant Kelly Framel for that. The inspiration was a New Orleans townhouse with the glamour of the 80s dance parlours, complete with post-modern American art and interesting geometric patterns that play up the furniture. Chef Anne Thornton, formerly from the kitchen of the The Waverly Inn, has created an innovative Southern-style menu, where breakfast is worth waking up for, and lunch and brunch take on an elevated American experience. For dinner, expect generous portions served with heart and soul. Highlights include Sausage Biscuit Benedict, Shrimp & Grits, Supper for 2 menus, lemon poppyseed pancakes, and Seared Arctic Char. Cocktails here are as sharp as the suits of the jazz musicians adorning the walls.
