It's time for New Yorkers to wake up. Super chic has found its way to the concrete streets of New York City, in the heart of SoHo. Celebrated chef Daniel Rose, the brainchild behind Paris' La Bourse et La Vie restaurant, is now the magical maestro behind one of New York's best new kitchens, opened alongside busines partner Stephen Starr, and it seems that when French cuisine is done right, it has the potential to be the It order anytime, anywhere, making it traditional, treasured and timeless. This is essentially your invitation to experience Chef Rose's intimate vision of French cuisine using American-grown ingredients - expect colourful and aromatic compositions served in an exceptionally aesthetic manner. Interiors were designed by Roman and Williams, having captured the charm of French bistros and urban chalets (à la plush seating and rustic elegance) without compromising on the classic NYC industrial feeling with its exposed brick walls, cast-iron chandeliers and the natural sunlight that dances across the parquet flooring by day is gracefully replaced by candlelight after sunset.
