Before opening his restaurant on Thanksgiving Day in 1990, chef and owner Ron Silverman baked pies out of a small Kitchen in Tribeca and began selling them to neighbors and restaurants. Now, Silverman owns two branches in Tribeca and the Meatpacking district. The restaurant thrives on making American cuisine from fresh, homegrown ingredients. Bubby’s serves brunch until 4 pm every day, and offers more options than almost any other brunch location in town.
