The culinary at Ana La Santa focuses on meals prepared with the highest quality seasonal products. Their diverse menu presents tapas such as corn tortillas and tuna sashimi accompanied by chipotle mayo to dishes such as their seafood rice dish, burgers, and sandwiches. Ana La Santa presents the familiar flavours of traditional Spanish culinary while also focusing on taking a contemporary approach when executing the famous recipes. In addition to the restaurant's à la carte menu, they also offer a complete breakfast buffet.
The restaurant was designed in a way where its visitors would feel welcomed. Tomás Tarruella and Perico Cortés, the interior designers of Ana La Santa, focused on creating intimate spaces which are represented by the four areas of the restaurant - you will find the bar at the centre of the restaurant; following by a lounge area and the main dining room, located on the top floor. In addition, there is also the indoor garden, where you can dine in a calm ambiance with views of the Plaza de Santa Ana in the heart of the Literary Quarter.
