Opened in January 2015 this clever new pop-up restaurant showcases different chefs from Spain's regions every month. Not only does the menu change but so does the wine list and the decor, allowing the chefs to let their creativity run free. Located in the Hotel Urso in the city's hip Salesas district this definitely not your average hotel restaurant.

Located in a renovated stately building in central Madrid this stunning new restaurant/bar/club has seven different areas that marry design, detail, food and music. The creators have designed a house where clients can feel at home. The space includes an old style pool table bar, a Colonial style conservatory, a modern show cooking sushi kitchen, the 'Oval Room' where guests can dine whilst listening to a live DJ, a relaxed restaurant in the style of a library as well as a private VIP area.

Oh Bla Bla

Oh Bla Bla follows the philosophy that ‘you are what you eat’. Its cuisine is based on the Ayurvedic system that the Chef Nacho Charrabe learnt in India. He mixes the best Italian food with Japanese cuisine. All products are organic, from the wheat used to prepare the pizza bread dough to the eggs from free-range hens. The beautiful restaurant is inspired by late 1950s Nordic design, at a venue located close to the iconic Colón Square.

Nitty Gritty

This restaurant, as the name says, focuses on what really matter. That is of course great food, beautiful decoration and a winning ambience. The Mendoza+Simal Studio created the superb decor featuring principally white timber, very minimalist but with warmth added by details and large windows. The food is simple and delicious, offering a variety of dishes that are good for sharing. The terrace is great for the milder season.
