The 10th Chinese Drama Festival Hong Kong 2016

The 10th biennial event will highlight dramatic talents from Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China and Taiwan performing both classic and contemporary pieces in their native dialects: Cantonese, Taiwanese, Shanghainese...in all their nuances, subtleties and interpretations. The performances will be taking place in the Hong Kong City Hall, the Academy for Performing Arts and other venues. Until 18 April. www.10cdf.org.hk

2016 Hong Kong International a Cappella Festival

We use our voices every day, but how often do we use it to create beautiful music? The annual Hong Kong International a Cappella Festival has been showcasing the human voice's fullest musical potential for the past six years. 2016's lineup includes Naturally 7 from the US, Ommm from France, Japan's HamojiN, the SoCal VoCals and Hong Kong's own talent Ng Yip Kwan.
