The new season features an intense and flavourful "Taste of Italy" menu with fresh and authentic ingredients - available from 3-17 May 2018. Located in the heart of Central, SPIGA is the celebrity chef's first dining establishment outside Italy. Chef Bartolini is the youngest chef in Italy to have earned two Michelin stars. His new menu offers distinct Italian cuisine, featuring traditional dishes that are based on quality Italian ingredients while incorporating contemporary techniques. Chef Enrico Bartolini will be on location from 2-5 May 2018 to personally present new dishes that highlight the best seasonal produce, something that Bartolini is extremely passionate about. “For Italian cuisine to be authentic it must be seasonal... and the best produce is always seasonal,” says culinary artisan, Bartolini.
The dining experience is set in a cinematic 1950s space curated by Hong Kong designer, Joyce Wang, with the aim of capturing the romance and charm of Italy's vintage epoque, promising a different taste of Italy on each visit. Signature dishes include the classic Osso Buco and Vitello Tonnato, as well as other specialties from Lombary and Piedmont. Meals and desserts are accompanied by Italy's finest harvests, from north to the south, delivering a sensational dining experience that will be remembered and sought after time and again. For pre-dinner drinks and al fresco dining, reservations can be made on the PORTICO terrace.
