The cosy leather banquettes, outdoor terrace, killer playlist and a wow-worthy cocktail menu are impressive enough, but add in some seriously good food and you have Dubai’s hottest ‘meatery.’ Showcasing forgotten cuts alongside the usual suspects, freshly baked bread and some of the best appetisers in town, followed by desserts like the s’mores-inspired ice-cream sundae, The Hide’s menu will literally spoil you for choice. Arrive hungry for this one, or at least wear something roomy.

Dubai’s outpost of this London favourite features the signature cowhide, low lighting and authentic Argentinian dishes, with an expert sommelier on hand to guide you through the extensive wine list. Regular events like movies and butchery classes add some fun, but it’s the steak that keep diners coming back, complete with a vast selection of cuts, marinades, toppings and sauces.
