Festes de la Mercè
September 21-24

Festes de la Mercè kicks off the fall season with a week of events in honor of Our Lady of Mercy. The celebration has been an official city holiday since 1871, and its more than 600 annual events throughout the city include fireworks, music and entertainment. The festival ends with a final parade on the Barri Gotic, attended by more than 100,000 spectators. Embrace the excitement and tradition of Festes de la Mercè from September 21 through September 24 this year.

Mercat de Mercats
October 21-23

The October ‘Market of Markets’ brings the city’s best food and drink to the fall festival calendar. Held in front of the Barcelona Cathedral, the Mercat de Mercats is the best place to buy market fresh products, including fruit and vegetables, fish, meat and more. At the October 21-23 event, you can also try tapas and beverages and meet some of the city’s most renowned chefs.

Festival Internacional de Jazz de Barcelona
October 26 - December 12

Festival Internacional de Jazz de Barcelona which has become one of Europe’s most famous and respected jazz festivals, brings the best of jazz to various Barcelona venues from late October through early December. Master classes are also included on the programme, in addition to the variety of concerts on this autumn’s schedule.
