At El Sueño, cuisine is by Michelin-starred chef Marc Gascons, and the different locations include the spectacular rooftop overlooking the Mediterranean and Port Vell Marina. You can enjoy the pool and savour a cocktail in a setting hallmarked by timber, iron and stone. The creative cocktails are amongst the best in town, and they are accompanied by appetisers in which great taste is accompanied by health. This theme continues in the lunch and dinner menu, with light, fresh Mediterranean recipes.

Opened in December 2014, this one Michelin star restaurant is a mix of modern and Mediterranean cuisine set in an informal atmosphere. Owned and run by Mateu Casanas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch, the three chefs who met and trained at the world famous El Bulli, prepare combinations of sweet and savoury dishes that are fun, bold, imaginative and utterly delicious.

For a taste of contemporary Catalan cuisine, Hisop is known to be one of the most affordable one Michelin-star restaurants in Europe. The idea of this restaurant was to take away all the superfluous luxuries and put the main focus on the dishes created by Chef Orivol Ivern. Menus are changes four times a year using seasonal products.

Under the talented hands of Chef Jorge Munoz, Pakta is leading Barcelona’s Japanese Nikkei, a fusion between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Chef Jorge also didn’t want to forget to include a touch of the Mediterranean in his dishes, therefore transporting diners to discover different cultures through his creations. Awarded a Michelin star in 2014.

The signature cuisine of Terres de L´ebre (the region south-west of Catalonia) has come to Barcelona with Chef Fran Lopez. Awarded one Michelin star, Xerta is the champion of haute cuisine and the only gastro restaurant in the city with a Delta seal.
