Chef Uwe Spätlich’s gourmet creations include French duck breast with orange-coriander cous-cous, vegetables and balsamic reduction. At lunchtime, try the terrace for phenomenal alpine views of the while eating Swiss rösti, an addictive fried round cake of grated potatoes.
