La Rascasse & Exotic Gin at Skylite
With a balcony overlooking a Formula One racetrack and chic décor combined with ambient lighting, the Skylite Rooftop Lounge is another one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular spots for drinks. A crowd-favorite signature drink is their “La Rascasse,” which consists of a house blend of Laurent Perrier Champagne, Courvoisier cognac, honey, orange bitters and lemon sorbet. Skylite also has an array of exotic gins - we recommend trying the peppercorn and strawberry.

Camel Milk Cocktail at the Ritz
Abu Dhabi’s Ritz Carlton Grand Canal has its own camel milk mixologist. Interesting occupation, right? Though it sounds unusual, the camel milk cocktail at the Ritz is full of vitamins, iron, and unsaturated fatty acids. "Camel milk mixologist" Mohammad Daoud originally created his range of non-alcoholic camel milk cocktails for Muslims celebrating Ramadan, as the drinks are high in protein and nutrients.

Two Gun Negroni at Butcher & Still
Designed to look like a bar from the 1920s, Butcher & Still has a speakeasy-style interior that lures guests into one of the most creative cocktail menus we’ve seen. Certain drinks on the menu are prepared at your table, such as the Two Gun Negroni - a classic negroni with a twist, as it is served on cracked ice in a swirl of smoke. Another attraction to this classic bar is its antique Tanqueray No. 10 Imperial Martini Shaker, one of only five in the world.
