With its focus on raw food, quinoa and pisco, the Abu Dhabi location is not missing the chance to foretell culinary and cultural trends. Thanks to the impeccable interior design and incredible views of the water on Al Maryah Island, everything seems to come with an obligatory layer of luxury – even a side dish of fried potatoes is jazzed up with some black truffle. Beside the not-to-miss ceviche (coming straight out of the ceviche counter), the real star of the menu seems to be the Arroz Nikkei, a bowl of Chilean sea bass roughly mashed with rice, lime and chilli. Perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail, or intimate dinner, we only see reasons to treat yourself to a nice time at versatile COYA. Did we mention live music and artistic happenings?
