Really rather exclusive, the Ken Club is set in the chic 16th arrondissement. A vast 1700m2 dedicated to health and wellness, it’s one of the city’s hottest addresses so expect to be working out with the beautiful people. As well as yoga lessons and Pilates, varying from Hatha to Vinyasa, there’s a full spa with Hammams and saunas, as well as beauty salon and masseurs on duty 7 days a week. The entire place oozes high-end maintenance, from the cardio fitness room to the restaurant. Despite the chilly weather, the Seine’s banks ‘Les Berges’ are the place to take in the views and the fresh air for winter yoga lessons in the prettiest of settings. Both relaxing and invigorating, classes care of Yoga Energie are part of a yoga and winter sports schedule. Remember to dress warmly, and even wear a hat to keep the heat in. Although there is nowhere to store your kit, yoga mats are available to borrow.
