Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Tuscany and other parts of Italy, Armani/Ristorante, a signature restaurant at Armani Hotel Dubai, presents the ultimate ‘Signature Dining’ experience, with classic and contemporary culinary delights. It is an example of a perfect experience for Valentine’s Day 2012.

The Armani/Ristorante experience begins with an introduction to cellared beverage pairing by an experienced Sommelier, followed by a culinary journey featuring Open Ravioli with Canadian Lobster and Saffron Cappucino; and Roasted Rack of Veal, accompanied by Baby Vegetables and Lavender Sauce. The Bitter Almond and Gold Sorbet will serve as a perfect finale to the Valentine’s Day dinner.
