Veuve Clicquot Taxis offers residents champagne ride around town

Belgium is said to be one of the best places to open a bottle of bubbly. And in May that won’t just be reserved to the country’s numerous bars.

Indeed, French champagne house Veuve Clicquot is introducing to the city residents of Brussels and Antwerp, a unique concept: the Clicquot cabs.

Five vintage American taxis will be clad in the colours of the champagne house, and will be placed at various temporary ‘Clicquot Stations’, situated at a number of strategic locations, where you will be able travel sipping a glass of Veuve Clicquot.

The Clicquot cabs will run through at the following places:

Brussels (Saturday, May 17, 2014)

Galerie Louise (between stores and Superdry COS) – Avenue Louise 24, 1050 Brussels 

Restaurant Basta Cosi (on the terrace) – Châtelain / Place du Châtelain 32, 1050 Brussels

Le Cafe du Sablon (for the church of Notre Dame du Sablon) – Regentschapsstraat 26, 1000 Brussels

Antwerp (Saturday, May 24, 2014)
