CANNES - Just swap an 'r' for an 'i' and the two starlets have the same name, but their style choices couldn't be more different. While Kirsten Dunst continues her Hollywood comeback with lovely, classic choices, her On the Road costar Kristen Stewart is embracing a more edgy, bohemian flair in her daytime and evening looks.
A certifiable poster child for Balenciaga, Stewart opted for tropical-printed lemon yellow cigarette trousers for the film's photocall earlier in the day and a high slit Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière gown for the evening, while Dunst channelled a prim'n proper Mia Farrow (circa her wedding day to Frank Sinatra) during the day, while at the premiere she sported a silk fucshia Dior gown (above) with Louis Vuitton jewels for the evening that recalled more Marilyn than Mia ala 'Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend.' One thing's for sure, we love love love her Charlotte Olympia heels from the photocall!
