Some of the initiatives Chopard has been involved with include: The Jose Carreras Foundation for the Fight Against Leukaemia, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Prince’s Foundation and the WWF.

For this reason, Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele did not have the slightest doubt when joining this philanthropic initiative as a sponsor during her yearly date with the city of Marbella.

The main guests of the evening were wearing pieces from the “Haute Joaillerie” Collection by the Geneva-based jeweler. Eva Longoria wore a pair of earrings set with 11 carats of diamonds and a ring set with heart cut diamonds. María Bravo chose a pair of flower shaped diamond earrings and a diamond pavé ring from the “Animal World Collection”. Sandra García- Sanjuán wore a pair of hoop diamond earrings and a black and white diamond ring. Chopard’s 2010 Ambassadress, Eugenia Silva, who conducted the gala, was wearing the seahorse earrings set with diamonds and the Dalmatian bracelet, in white gold set with white and black diamonds from Chopard’s “Animal World” Collection. During the gala, the model also wore a pendant and set of earrings from the “Happy Diamonds” collection, graciously donated by Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele, as an auction item for the event.
