Jewellery brands from the industry heavyweights to relatively newcomers showcased innovative designs for contemporary women - and men- at Baselworld 2016. While the fair began as an exhibition for Swiss watches only, today jewellery makes up a large part of this international event that is simply the most important one in the world for watch and jewellery brands worldwide. We saw patented diamond setting, stunning cuts, flexible precious gold links, convertible pieces and new ways of wearing jewellery that give women creative freedom and independence.
