To share a file, you can generate a URL for it from the Dropbox website and send it out so other users can view it. It is important to know that recipients that do not have Dropbox account will have to sign up to access the folder. OneDrive is an online storage service from Microsoft. It comes integrated into your operating system so you can use it without any additional installs. It's a great option if you need to sync your files across your devices, anyone with a Microsoft account has 5GB of free storage space. Additional storage can be purchased cheaply too.
