Philips have confirmed their place at this year’s Harper’s Bazaar Fortnight of Fashion in association with The Dubai Mall, with Andy Uffels, their Haircare Artistic Director and international fashion catwalk stylist visiting Dubai to showcase this season’s catwalk styles.
