Alessandro Roja and Vinicio Marchioni wore Tod's Gommini shoes yesterday (8 July 2010) at the presentation of Sky's TV series "Romanzo Criminale" at the Rome Fiction Festival. Gommino is the most famous Tod's shoe, and it is a design that has become a jet-set status symbol. It was created in the late 1970s according to a concept by Diego Della Valle. It is an example of a fashion classic, a model that never goes out of fashion, in the two versions, moccasin or with laces.
Vinicio Marchioni is wearing a limited-edition in grey suede with hand-painted detailing. Alessandro Roja is wearing the classic Gommino with laces.
