Giorgio Armani opens the new Armani Junior store in Milan

Giorgio Armani has opened a new Armani Junior store in the Armani/Manzoni 31 flagship in Milan. Armani Junior covers 300 square metres floor space, on the basement floor of the concept store. It was designed by Giorgio Armani himself, in cooperation with the Maison's internal architectural design team, thinking specifically of the youngest Armani fans, offering them a bright and joyful interior.
It features clean and elemental lines, large and bright spaces, and high-tech materials. The latter include silver-effect vinyl carpeting, and damier-effect reeded fabric on the walls. Tables and surfaces are clad in the same textile. Comfortable, soft seats in eco-leather, in shades of light blue, pink and beige, are artfully located within the space and comprise playful motifs.

The ceiling is clad in light textile panels that ensure a pleasant overall lighting effect. The internal lighting highlights the garment display units in beige enamel, with shelving in niches, and horizontal rods for hangers. Backlit magic wall areas have campaign images that illustrate the current collection. The accessories area features display units based on a series of Plexiglas cubes.
