We at LUXOS have been quite taken by the sharpness of the German team’s attire. I’m talking about the Hugo Boss Made to Measure suits for the team’s official appearances, recently unveiled by the company.

As many would know, the German National Football team is a 3-time winner of the FIFA World Cup (1954, 1974, 1990) and has also won three European Championships (1972, 1980, 1996).

What is exciting to note is the German National Football team’s current position - which has progressed to the semi-finals. This only makes Hugo Boss’ latest print campaign, featuring Captain Phillip Lahm among other players, even more legendary.

Head coach Joachim Löw, manager Oliver Bierhoff, Mesut Ozil, Thomas Muller, Jerome Boateng, Manuel Neuer and Sami Khedira, Mario Gotze and Andre Schurrle, all feature in the spread campaign.

Formal wear includes relaxed looks such as the modern dark blue three-piece suit with a denim shirt, knitted tie and matching pocket-square and the casual wear features jacket-pants combinations, t-shirts and sweaters, as well as accessories like travel duffel bags and suit luggage carriers.

A total of 130 personnel involved in the national team setup, from management, players to backroom staff will be dressed in the German fashion label's clothing.
