by 17 April 2014

Heathrow has introduced a ground-breaking 'personal shopping' service, where you are guaranteed an impeccable service with none other than an accredited stylist.

Say goodbye to trawling through duty free stores for hours on end until you find something decent to replace the favourite evening dress you forgot, back at home. The free of charge initiative is a world first, with stylists offering fashion and beauty insight and an individually tailored service to ensure passengers make the most of their time on the ground.

The initiative brings together more than 300 outlets including jewellers Cartier, Tiffany & Co., and Bulgari as well as luxury designers like Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Hermes, Miu Miu, Ralph Lauren, and Valentino. Accessory retailers include Bally, Coach, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana. Burberry and Prada.

Travellers can receive a bespoke consultation that can be booked ahead of time or accessed on arrival at the airport.

Whether it's a luxurious dress for an evening event, a new wardrobe update or even advice on the latest beauty trends, the multi-lingual stylists are available from the first to last flight, to help you find that perfect ensemble and look before you take off again.
