Hailing from Italy, Italian luxury leather goods company Piquadro has opened its first UK flagship store in the heart of London.
Be it a laptop case, a bag to take to work or even a backpack, Piquadro has a bag to suit everyone's needs and now customers can pop down to 67 Regent Street, a short walk from Piccadilly Circus, in search of that perfect accessory.
The boutique, designed by architect Karim Azzabi, spans 110 square meters and customers can interact with products via a specific iPhone application - Virtual shelf - that interfaces with the video wall inside the store. Thanks to the software, all the features of the product, colour variations and quality testing can be displayed on the video wall by simply reading the barcode of the product.
The boutique also features a tailoring line, an Italian collection customisable by selecting the model, leather, colour, metal touches and thread.
It currently has over 109 stores around the world, including flagship stores in Paris and Florence.
