Furla's new Fall/Winter collection is all about the essential, the modern, and the elegant. Furla's creative team took inspiration from retro styles and feminine rigour of the 1950s, with an ultra-contemporary twist to design the collection.
The past and present meet in a collection that blends classic and modern, geometry and colour, soft materials and clean lines.
In accordance with tradition the handbags - small or medium in size - have double handles of refined design, but are also embellished with zippers and studs that highlight their character. Meanwhile, the straps, (which always come with a flap pocket and are worn over the shoulder) improve even the most casual daywear. The clutch bag has a soft twisty strap for the wrist making it the ideal accessory for a formal look.
In this game of opposites attract, the colours are light and bright, ranging from off-whites – similar to milk and ice – and pastel nuances, to an explosion of warmer tones such as orange, red and brilliant burgundy. The colour palette ignites the precious materials by giving them richer depth and textures. The materials used in this collection include pony skin, Mongolian sheepskin, ostrich leather and deerskin.
Topping off the collection are the original finishes and unique stylistic solutions added to each piece such as intricate patchworks of materials, the use of pure colour and handles. The final touches help to emphasize the clean design and femininity of the collection. Carry on!
