Dine on Michelin-starred cuisine in a unique temporary space

by 31 January 2012

Scandinavian-based design firm Electrolux has taken the Michelin dining experience to an entirely new level  with their Cube project. The Cube is a temporary glass restaurant set up for a timeframe of three months in different European cities. Currently residing in Milan until April 26th, the Cube overlooks Milan's main Piazza Duomo, perched atop the opulent Galleria Vittorio Emanuele for a one-of-a-kind dining position among the city's Gothic Cathedral rooftops.

The Electrolux Cube will travel across Europe offering a memorable dining experience for up to 18 guests at a time for lunch and dinner. Its next stops after Milan are Stockholm and London. The design and concept fuse food, style, music and architecture into one cool space that everyone in town is vying to pull a chair up at.

While in Milan, renowned Italian chefs will play an integral part in the dining experience as guests watch them work in their show kitchen environment. Every detail from decor to sound has been meticulously thought out to give you a dining experience you will never forget. Chefs in Milan include Marco & Vittorio Colleoni, Andrea Sarri and Christian & Manuel Costardi. Reservations are booking up quickly, so if you're passing through, be sure to make a reservation online.

The space is also available to book for business and private events. If you can't make it to Milan then follow the Cube to its next city destinations.
