This triplex penthouse apartment is in New York, overlooking Brooklyn Bridge and New York harbour. It is in the ClockTower building, a renovated cardboard box factory in former industrial area between the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The apartment is listed at $25 million, which gives you a 3,000 square foot mail floor, 16 foot ceilings, and a 14-foot functional window clock on each wall. Three bedrooms on the second floor, and an open loft on the third floor. At the very top, there is a small crow's nest. Its price makes it the most expensive apartment in Brooklyn. It can be compared to flats at One Hyde Park, London, where a six-bedroom flat sold for £140 million, making it Britain's most expensive property.
