2012 marks 50 years since the death of screen legend Marilyn Monroe. In her memory the entertainment and art world have been working steadily to commemorate the anniversary. One of the more noteable initiatives is the "Tribute to Marilyn" international exhibit which will showcase works inspired by the actress's life. Fratelli Rossetti is paying homage to Miss Monroe with a series of commisioned artworks by artist Alessandro Gedda. The Italian shoemaker has also released a new 'Marilyn' style of their classic Lady Brera shoe for the upcoming fall/winter season in red crocodile.
