A healthy menu and a healthy mind, Hesperia Tower offers the new selection of Performance Menus, a healthy new culinary range that boosts personal performance during working hours and a Zen proposal that improves the well-being of attendees at events.  

This new range includes a finger buffet, buffet and updated coffee break concept all based on the six principles of the "Brain Food" movement: the essential presence of fish, wholegrain cereals, fruit and vegetables; fresh produce; pure ingredients or with minimum industrial processing; minimal meat options and a maximum of 10% fat; natural sweeteners and no more than 10% of added sugars; all of which ensuring highly satisfactory flavours, textures and smells.

From its sublime selection of iced teas, with varieties such as red, green and jasmine, as well as its relaxing range of infusions, skimmed and soya milk, the Break Zen offers you a series of wholemeal bread and cereals, healthy and energy boosting savoury products, seasonal fruit kebabs and chocolate lollipops with 70% cocoa.

A true parade of flavours designed to satisfy body and mind during customer work breaks, paying homage to the five senses.

Inspired by the sensory principles of Zen culture, Hesperia Tower presents this Break Zen as the best option to reduce stress during work breaks. For this it has a special area set aside separated by a folding screen with two masseurs, dressed in white, who give acupressure massages to groups of 30 to 100 people.

1.- TAPA COMPETITION

Last March, The Hesperia Tower participated in a Spanish Tapas Competition in Barcelona, sponsored by San Moritz beer. The idea was to offer 2 kinds of tapas to both  and was promoted via social network and brochures.

2. BLE ASSOTIATION (BARCELONA LOVE ENTREPRENEURS) DINNER

Hesperia Tower Hotel teamed up with the BARCELONA LOVE ENTREPRENEURS association, which aims is to promote Barcelona as one of the top entrepreneurial cities in the world, via social network. The association helps start-up companies connect with venture capital firms in various sectors. The association collaborates with many prestigious organisations, including Business schools ESADE and IESE, organises networking events, and provides support for start-ups via Telefonica / Movistar. It promotes charity and non profits initiatives, RSC projects, etc.. Last March, Hesperia Tower sponsored a networking dinner to connect starts-ups with venture capital firms and the press. The event took place at the hotel’s The Dome. This event was covered via social network.

3. Sponsors of the MEETING AND INCENTIVE AWARDS – London 25/02/2014

The Meeting and Incentive Awards, the main UK MICE Awards, is recognized as “the leading networking event”. This year, Hesperia Tower and NH HOTEL GROUP sponsored one of these awards and gave a prize donation to Save The Children charity auction, which was organised especially for the event. 4. The Hesperia Tower participated in the “FORUM DE TURISMO DE REUNIONES” IN BARCELONA

The Hesperia Tower participated in the Business & Meetings Tourism Forum organised by the Catalunya Convention Bureau with the support of Eventoplus group. The Forum was a great success with around 600 attendees from Catalunya ( CVBs, hotels, tourist boards, event agencies & dmcs, suppliers, press, etc…).

5. The Hesperia Tower participated in MPI EMEC IN ISTANBUL

The Hesperia Tower took part in MPI European Conference in Istanbul last February, to learn about the latest trends in the Meetings & Events sector and network with the industry.

6. Sponsor of the Best Pack Awards in Barcelona

IPMARK business magazine, the main Marketing Magazine in Spain, celebrated their annual Best Pack Awards dinner on April 2nd at the Hesperia Tower. The event was extremely successful and both organisations will organize several lunch-debates with Marketing and Communications directors of corporate companies based in Barcelona.
